This is a support group for those affected by anxiety, a great opportunity to let go and unwind. Whether you suffer from it personally, a friend or family member of a sufferer you are welcome.
Each session is facilitated by Sasha McBean, a psychotherapeutic counsellor. It consists of an opportunity for self expression through dialogue, there is no judgement nor expectation for you to focus on your anxiety. Feel free to bring in photos, a memorable object etc, to reflect on the things that bring you joy. There is time to discuss self help tips and a relaxing practical such as meditation.
Come as you are, this is an open group and we cannot predict what may come up but you will always find a compassionate, empathic and supportive environment. For this reason the the recommended minimum age is 16 years. If you are a younger person interested in attending a similar event please contact the event organiser.
